Starting as an independent contractor and IT Assistant in 2010, Kyle has steadily climbed the ranks. His dedication, technical skills, and positive attitude have been instrumental to the company’s success.
Kyle’s connection to Infra-Metals began through a family member who worked for the company. A chance opportunity to provide IT consulting led to his involvement in a significant ERP centralization project that impacted the entire organization. Impressed by his performance, Kyle was offered a full-time position as an IT Assistant. In 2012, with the development of the helpdesk department, Kyle assumed the role of Helpdesk / Remote Desktop Support, an expanded role encompassing much more opportunity.

Career Growth
Over the years, Kyle has taken on increasingly complex roles within the IT department. From providing hands-on support to designing, building IT solutions and becoming a System Administrator, he has consistently demonstrated his technical expertise and problem-solving skills. In December of 2022, He took on another role as a Network Engineer. Kyle plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Infra-Metals’ IT infrastructure.
